The Figmera Deck (3e)
A downloadable deck
The Figmera Deck is a deck of 85 unique cards.
Each of the cards has four different values ranging from 1 to 5. The 85 cards represent all of the different equal distributions of these values, and each Figmeron depicted is a visualization of the value distribution. The Figmera Deck can be used for card games, divination or a number of other functions.
This is the third version of the deck that I have created, representing several months of work. The changes include a new card layout, new portrait designs and higher quality vector-based artwork.
The deck comes in coloured and black and white versions, as well as a simplified version which shows the distributions without most of the symbols and visuals. The downloads also include card backs and bases for customization or printing, a extended "poster" showing all 85 Figmera and individual portrait images of each.
This deck is free for anyone to use or modify, either digitally or in physical form, and can be used as part of other game systems as long as the deck itself is not resold, and credit is given.
In the future, I intend to publish a reference for the meaning of the cards, as well as guides to games using this deck.
I appreciate any feedback from those who have downloaded this deck. If you have any questions as well, I will respond as soon as I see it.
The downloadable files included are the following:
- Compressed folders for the three deck versions including folders of individual PNG files and 85-page PDF and PPT files
- Compressed folder containing PNG and PPT files for the card back (in colour and black and white) and the card base
- Compressed folder containing PNG, PDF and PPT files for the poster
- Compressed folder containing PNG, SVG and EMF files for the card portraits

picked this up from the big trans rights bundle, i love it. need to figure out how i can use it in a game but to start i really want to grab some of the black and white cards and color them in myself. love how they look like people and yet not. i feel like im decoding something
A world of Opportunities! Cool looking but It would be cool if there was a pdf with the Cards so I could print the cards on a piece of paper.
Pretty Cool nonetheless.
Thank you for the comment, and I'm glad you like them! Sorry for responding so late, but I am putting together a sheet of the cards that will make it easier for people to print their own decks on a standard printer, so I should hopefully be able to upload that this weekend.
This project is a constant work-in-progress, so if you have any additional feedback about what I might change in a possible 4th edition, please let me know.
Edit: Unfortunately, the sheet I made generated some bad resizing artifacts, and I'm not currently sure how to get around that, but if you download the .PPT file you can print the slides in a 3x3 grid per page to get them at approximately playing card-size.
